RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Conduct policy reviews to assess coverage needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to expand business by recommending additional coverage or financial products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to build trust and establish rapport.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing tailored solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts.
- Sales-minded approach with confidence in identifying opportunities and presenting relevant products.
- Prior experience in insurance, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
- Must be able obtain Property & Casualty and Life and Health License.

Compensation: $34,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
