ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a key member of our team, you’ll play a critical role in both customer experience and agency growth. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them protect what matters most while identifying opportunities to better serve their needs.

This is more than a service role, it’s a relationship-driven, sales-focused position where your ability to connect and educate will directly impact your success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers 
  •  Conduct policy reviews and proactively identify coverage gaps 
  •  Provide tailored recommendations that truly fit each client’s needs 
  •  Handle complex service requests with confidence and professionalism 
  •  Drive new business by converting both inbound and outbound opportunities 
  •  Collaborate with your team to hit agency goals and deliver a top-tier client experience 
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  •  Experience in insurance, sales, or account management preferred 
  •  Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
  •  Confidence in having sales conversations and asking for the business 
  •  Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets 
  •  Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
